The CEO of the Government-owned Dubai Properties said the delay in bringing the discount golf clubs project to the market had nothing to do with the dramatic exposure of family man Woods as a serial philanderer, but everything to do with the world's economic woes.

He said they hadn't experienced any change taylormade r9 driver (of attitude towards the project) .
